General Overdraft Guidelines
- RSP will monitor budget overdrafts on active accounts.
- RSP will provide monthly overdraft reports to the Deans via the Divisional Dashboard.
- Per RSP Notice 2011-2, overdrafts are the responsibility of the Dean/Director’s office.
- When notified of an overdraft, immediately transfer appropriate expenses to a different funding string. This may be a successor account or discretionary account.
