| SUBJECT: | Federal Indirect Cost Rate Agreement Date Change |
The date of our Federal Indirect Cost Rate Agreement has changed from July 1, 1996 to January 30, 1997 as a result of the Federal Government modifying our definition of capital equipment. This date is important since many Federal grant application forms require its inclusion. Please begin using the January 30, 1997 date effective immediately.
There is no change in the indirect cost rates themselves or the University's implementation of the rates as described in RSP Notice 97-3. If you have any questions, please call Robert Andresen, Assistant Director at 608-262-2896.
