| SUBJECT: | Federal Indirect Cost Agreement Date Change |
As a result of the Federal government making a minor modification to our Federal Indirect Cost Rate Agreement, the date of the Agreement changed from October 14, 1992 to December 22, 1994. This date is important since many Federal grant application forms require its inclusion. Please begin using the December 22, 1994 date, effective immediately.
The on and off-campus research, instruction, and public service rates have not changed and as a reminder they are:
