This email is sent by an award’s RSP Accountant before a suspense account transfer is entered in the Cost Transfer Tool.

Dear (departmental contact),
Following several attempts to eliminate the overdraft and/or potentially unallowable charges on award MSN123456, charges have been transferred to suspense account 101 272100. A detailed list of the transfers is attached.
I will continue with the closeout of this award. In addition, your Dean’s office may contact you regarding the final disposition of these charges that have been transferred to the suspense account.
