This Team is comprised of a group of dedicated RSP professionals who will be available to collaborate with you on unresolved or high priority research administration issues.  The team will respond to your inquiry within one business day and provide an estimated target date for resolution of your issue.  In addition, you will be kept updated on the status of your issue until it is resolved. 

The RSP Customer Contact Team is a new resource that is available to help you in resolving research administration issues when other methods are unsuccessful.  Before contacting the RSP Customer Contact Team, please make sure that you have first tried contacting the current resources as appropriate:

• Your Departmental/Center/Unit Administrator
• Your College or School Dean’s Office

If you have a direct working relationship with your designated RSP Pre-Award Grant and Contract Specialist or Post-Award Accountant, please feel free to contact him or her directly.  For additional help in identifying your designated Specialist or Accountant, please contact the RSP Main Phone Line, (608) 262-3822.
